Excellent overall experience with helpful staff and a very clean room. The breakfast options, especially the sliced tropical fruits, were a highlight, and they maintained the area well during busy hours. A minor concern was about the cleanliness of shampoo dispensers in the shower. I wondered how thoroughly they are maintained.

The hotel had a clean, comfortable environment and friendly staff, although there was an unpleasant smell in the hallways and the beds were quite firm. Breakfast was decent but some hot items could be served warmer. Overall, it was a nice experience and worth considering for another visit.

A Wonderful Family Stay

We had a fantastic time! The kids loved the pool, and the warm cookies at night were a sweet treat. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I highly recommend checking out nearby restaurants for a quick meal after a day of travel.

Clean rooms with a well-kept interior made for a comfortable stay. The fitness center is functional, and the outdoor pool area provides a nice spot to unwind after a long day.

The bath/shower faucet handle malfunctioned in the first room, which led to an inconvenient move that was cumbersome with our luggage. Additionally, construction nearby made navigating the roads somewhat treacherous during our stay, though that's not the hotel's fault. Noise from the highway could be bothersome for light sleepers, and I found the breakfast selection a tad limited compared to other places of the same brand.

It was a smart choice for a short visit in Paducah with good price-quality ratio. The room was divided into two separate living areas, which made it cozy for our family. Check the pool hours before arriving for a relaxing swim.

Had an awesome getaway with friends! We hit up a concert at the Carson Center, which was a blast. The hotel was clean, with friendly staff and a fantastic free breakfast. Just a heads up, those cinnamon buns are going away soon. Still, I’d totally recommend this place for a fun stay.

The only downside was the ice machine room on the third floor was flooded. It didn’t seem to be getting any attention despite others reporting it.

i stayed here during valentine's day and was pleasantly surprised by how it improved from my previous stay in paducah. the staff was super friendly, and i loved the comfy beds and well-maintained facilities. the breakfast selection exceeded my expectations, especially those amazing cookies!
